DARKBACK RELIC (USED) |
This is something a bit special - a relic'd Les
Paul! This was a special one-off done by
the fine people at RJS Guitars, a custom guitar
workshop based out of California, done for the
2007 NAMM show to show off what they can do.
It's been beautifully relic'd, with some nice
neck wear and beautiful lacquer checking on the
body. The guitar itself plays beautifully
and has a fantastic vintage Gibson feel to it -
the pickups sound perfectly PAF if you ask me.
Comes with Gibson hard case and docs. |

PRS McCARTY SOAPBAR GOLD TOP |
This guitar is a real stunner. We think this is
the best sounding soapbar guitar on the market,
period. The McCarty Soapbars are fantastic
pickups which were specially designed and voiced
by Seymour Duncan to the specs of the PRS R&D
department. Some soapbars compromise strength to
achieve certain goals; these pickups do not.
They aren’t humbuckers, but they sure sound
good, with definition, robustness and thick
punch of the original soapbar single coils that
defined the sound of both rock and roll and
combo jazz guitar in the ‘50s and ‘60s. The
beautiful Gold Top finish on this guitar is in
fantastic condition, this guitar has been very
well cared for. The overall condition is
incredibly clean, with barely any signs of wear
at all. This comes with the original PRS hard
case, which is in similarly fantastic condition.

1965 GRETSCH CHET ATKINS TENNESSEAN 6119 |
This beautiful '65 Tennessean is in superb
condition for a guitar of this vintage year.
The body is in fantastic condition, with no
major dings or scratches, and some nice light
lacquer checking. The neck has got
loads of life in it, and the pickups still have
that legendary vintage Gretsch twang to them.
The machine heads had been changed to vintage
Grovers, and it has a replacement bridge, though
the original is included. It really plays
and sounds lovely, full of warm vintage mojo.

1997 50th ANIVERSARY WHITE
SUPER LEAD STACK

This is a real beauty - an all-white vinyl
reissue of the 100w Super Lead head, with
matching 4x12"! These were a very limited
run made in 1997 to commemorate the 50th
anniversary of Marshall, and it is a mindblowing
amp - huge, fat, classic Marshall oozes from
overy inch of this beast. It is in
extremely good condition, and is a great piece
of Marshall history! |

This approximately 30-year
old AC30 was owned by a record company employee
who has been a good customer of ours for years -
this amp was actually given to him a good few
years ago by Lenny Kravitz - some people have
all the luck! This grey control plated
AC30 has the original Vox speakers and sounds
fantastic, exactly what you want to hear when
you wind it up and get the valves really
working. It's got a few cosmetic marks and
rips to the vinyl, but mechanically this amp is
in great shape and has got many years of gigging
in it's future!

MESA BOOGIE F-50 (USED)

These are getting harder
and harder to find nowadays - the Mesa
Boogie F-50 was one of the flagship models of
the Boogie range, and with good cause - two
channels of classic Boogie blues and crunch in
one neat little package. Won't be long
until finding these will be a thing of the past!

USED ENGL FIREBALL HEAD

This used
Fireball sounds absolutely immense. Super
crunchy high gain sounds crossed with a lovely
bright clean channle means this all-valve head
is a real eye opener. This amp has seen a
bit of use, but sounds great. The only
issue with it is that the 'ultra-gain' button on
the front of the amp is missing, though this can
still be turned on by the supplied footswitch. |
